Terms and Conditions
1. Service Overview
Narn's Nursery provides mobile car seat installation services by a qualified Child Restraint Technician (CRT), in accordance with Australian safety standards and guidelines.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance via our website, email or by phone. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept [Bank transfer, credit card].
Please contact us directly to pay with cash.
3. Client Responsibility
You must ensure your vehicle is clean and accessible at the time of installation.
The car seat provided must meet Australian safety standards and not be expired, damaged, or recalled. You are responsible for securing children in the seat post-installation unless agreed otherwise.
4. Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $20 late cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full-service fee.
5. Certificate of Installation
A certificate is provided as a courtesy record of installation.
If the seat is removed or reinstalled by anyone other than a qualified CRT, this certificate becomes void.
This certificate is not a government-issued compliance certificate but a confirmation of correct fitment at the time of service.
6. Limitations of Liability
Narns Nursery is not liable for misuse of the child restraint post-installation or any changes made by others. Clients are encouraged to regularly check the seats positioning and securement.
7. Photos & Reports
Photos may be taken during installation to support record-keeping or certification.
With your permission, we may use photos for training or marketing purposes (without identifying details).
8. Health & Safety
If you or someone in your household is unwell, please contact us to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel the environment is unsafe.
9. Privacy
Your personal details are kept confidential and only used for communication, certification, and service records.
We do not share your information with third parties.
